The Great Services Offered @ Infoserve

To open a new account (Make sure you have read the Membership Agreement below) with Infoserve just click Sign-Up.

Payment Methods for Dial-Up Accounts

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Cheque or Cash.

VISA or MasterCard payments - We will bill the monthly (UNLIMITED) or semi-annual (SILVER) membership fee to your credit card on the anniversary date of your membership. Your memberhsip is renewed automatically each month (UNLIMITED) or every 6 months (SILVER).

Cheque or Cash payments - Minimum subscription is 3 months for UNLIMITED and 6 months for SILVER. and paid in advance. To avoid any interruption in service, payment for subsequent subscription periods must be received by Infoserve BEFORE the commencement of the next subscription period. If payment is not received by that time your account will be downgraded to 15 minues per day for 5 days. After the 5 days grace period your account will be suspended for another 5 days. If payment is not received by that time your account will be deleted from our system.

Service Charges

Add extra email id to same account - $3.00/month.
Change Username/email id - $10.00.
Refund Admin Fee(if applicable) - $10.00.

Applicable taxes will be applied to all fees.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Management of Infoserve Technology Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke access to our services at any time for any reason. Any outstanding credits or time left in an account prematurely closed (for ANY reason) will be refunded less any amount we deem necessary to cover damages and administration overhead.

We reserve the right to make changes, add/delete services, or implement enhancements to our services at any time, and without advance notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our membership fee structure and rates at any time with no more than 30 days advance notice posted to our web site. Under no circumstances will Infoserve Technology Ltd. be responsible for any personal damages, loss of data, or any other consequences resulting from the use of our services.

You are the ONLY person permitted to use your account and are totally responsible for its use. You will hold Infoserve
Technology harmless from any actions or effects resulting from the use of your account.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payments by cheque or cash require advanced payment. Payment for the next subscription period must be at our office PRIOR to the expiration date of the current membership to avoid any interruption in services.

ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
We must receive notification of membership cancellation 5 business day before your monthly renewal date otherwise a new month's fee will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP and CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Information provided for your membership must be accurate. You must use your real name, address, and telephone number.

PRIVACY
All data you provide us will be held in the strictest confidence and only authorized staff belonging to Infoserve Technology will be permitted any access at all to this information. Your information will NOT be released to anyone (unless we are legally bound to do so by the courts).

HARASSMENT
Anyone who harasses another member of Infoserve or other online users will risk losing his/her membership.

SPAMMING
No Infoserve member is permitted to send unsolicited email messages. Violators will risk losing their accounts with Infoserve. In such cases no refund will be made for any remaining portion of membership subscription.
