My name is Daniel Groulx I am the owner of One Source Service I've been in the computer field for over 20 years and I've been repairing and selling terminals for over 13 years. Servicing end users and dealers across Canada. When you have your terminal repaired at One Source Service all high failure parts are replaced even if there are still 'good'. The CRT is rejuvenated which brings back its clarity. The communication ports are also tested. In some situations the board may be almost completely resoldered. I can also refurbish the terminal which includes replacing all high failure parts and installing a brand new picture tube (CRT) and provide a two year warranty for less then half the cost of a new terminal.
